Remote Consulting Support (RCS)


The focus of this service is to provide a quick response support function to clients seeking resolution to an immediate project management challenge. Whether you require an answer to a difficult question, a second opinion or a review of a project document, RCS is your solution.

Service features:

  • Web based, real-time interaction with CPM Subject Matter Experts
  • Communicate your inquiry to your RCS consultant via e-mail. Your inquiry will be
             addressed via e-mail or a scheduled teleconference.
  • Receive a monthly use report including:
             Total contact volume analysis
             Contacts by region analysis
             Contacts by subject inquiry
             Trend analysis
  • The RCS billing model is 15 minute increments with a 30 minute minimum
  • The RCS billing cycle is monthly
